Vivo T4x 5G Performance Specs Teased Via Flipkart Landing Page Ahead of its Official Debut
The Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo, will be officially debuting its T4x 5G smartphone in two days for Indian customers and ahead of it, the performance specs of the device have been teased via the Flipkart landing page. The processor that will be used and the smartphone’s AnTuTu benchmark score are now revealed.

Vivo T4x 5G – Teased Performance Specs
As per the newly teased performance specs, the upcoming Vivo T4x 5G device would be arriving as the segment’s fastest smartphone with blazing speed and unmatched efficiency. It will be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 processor (4nm; 2.5 GHz CPU peak speed), and has achieved a 7,28,000+ AnTuTu benchmark score.
Comparing with the previous T3x 5G model that came with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor and which scored only 5,60,000+ on the AnTuTu benchmark platform, Vivo’s T4x 5G smartphone brings significant performance upgrade. With respect to two competitor products launched in this segment with the Dimensity 7025 (likely POCO M7 Pro 5G with Dimensity 7025 Ultra) and Dimensity 6400 (likely Realme P3x 5G) chips and that have scored 4,90,000+ and 4,50,000+ on AnTuTu, again Vivo’s T4x 5G reaffirms its status as the ‘segment’s fastest smartphone’.
In related news, the device appeared on the Geekbench database a few days back, which had suggested its processor details and other performance specs. Apart from the Dimensity 7300 processor, the Geekbench listing pointed to specs like the ARM Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, Android 15 OS, and 8GB RAM option. Also, specs revealed via teaser updates include the 6500 mAh battery, 44W wired charging feature, 6GB/128GB storage variant, Pronto Purple/Marine Blue color choices, and INR 12,xxx pricing (for the 6GB/128GB model). A tall LCD display with fast refresh rate and Dynamic Light for notifications are also among the expected key specs of the device.
The official India launch of the Vivo T4x 5G smartphone is scheduled to take place on the 5th of March 2025, in two days. Teaser updates concerning the camera and protection details of the device can also be expected soon.
