Vivo to Launch Another 5G Smartphone: Gets Listed on 3C Certification Website

An upcoming smartphone from Vivo with model number V2278A gets listed on the 3C certification websites.

Vivo V2278A Spotted 3C Certification Website

Another Vivo smartphone with the model number V2278A has now been listed on the 3C certification website. The moniker of the smartphone has not been revealed but from its certification, it has been revealed that the upcoming smartphone will be a 5G device.

 

Along with the smartphone, a charger with model numbers V4440LOB1-CN and V4440L0A1-CN has also been listed with a power output of 5VDC2A or 9VDC 2A, or 11VDC4A Max. With this, it has also been confirmed that the device will support a fast charge feature of upto 44W.

There are no other details about the smartphone available as of now, but with future updates, we’ll definitely be able to know more about the device, including its moniker and specifications.

Vivo is also working on its Y78 series devices, and the Vivo Y78+ smartphone was recently spotted on Geekbench. The image of the upcoming device was also leaked very recently. Just like the now 3C-listed Vivo V2278A, the Y78+ smartphone also supports 44W fast charging and had appeared on Geekbench with a model number of V2271A.

Regarding the other smartphone in the Y78 series, the Vivo Y78 5G smartphone, the device has now appeared on the Google Play supported devices list with a model number of V2244 along with the Vivo V29 Lite 5G which has also been listed with the same model number.

To add to this Vivo also has two other smartphones in the works, the Vivo V2247 and V2252, and the two devices have received the TKDN certification. The Vivo V2252, just like the Y78+ has also made its appearance on Geekbench.
