An upcoming Vivo smartphone with the model number – V2317A has received China’s TENAA certification. Some of its key specifications and render images have been revealed.

Vivo’s V2317A smartphone will be a 4G device, supporting 2G, 3G & 4G network connectivity. The device will be powered by an octa-core processor with a CPU frequency of 2GHz and will have the Android operating system onboard. It will also be arriving in multiple RAM(4GB, 6GB, 8GB & 12GB) and storage(128GB, 256GB & 512GB) options as well.
Speaking more about the device, it has a dimension of 163.74 x 75.43 x 8.09 mm, and has a weight of 189 grams. For its display, it will be featuring a 6.56″ TFT display screen with a screen resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and has a color depth of 16.7 million colors.
Coming to the cameras, at the rear, the smartphone will have a dual camera setup with a 13MP main camera and a 2MP additional camera. For selfies, there is also an 8MP front-facing camera too.
Regarding its battery backup, it is going to pack a 4850 mAh rated battery, which will most likely be marketed as a 5000 mAh battery.
Other specs that have been revealed include its other local connectivity methods and the supported sensors. It will have both Bluetooth and USB connectivity supports and will have sensors like a gravity sensor, distance sensor, light sensor, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a face recognition sensor.
About the render images that have been revealed, we get an overall idea of how the device looks. Its display and rear panel both are flat, as well as its side panels. However, it should be noted that at the edges, the side panels are a little rounded, and towards the corners, it is curved.
Its display features a centrally aligned punch-hole camera and the rear panel has a rectangular-like camera module housing two of the rear cameras and the LED flashlight. At the bottom-left corner, the Vivo branding can also be seen, written in a vertical manner. At the right side panel, there is also the volume rocker and the power button cum fingerprint scanner.
This is all that has been revealed about the smartphone and we will still have to wait a little more longer to know more about the device, including its moniker and other specs. To add, there is another smartphone in works with a similar model number – V2317, and this device was certified by the European EEC certification authority in the month of August 2023, two months back.
