Vivo V2359A phone receives 3C certification, could be upcoming Vivo X100s
Vivo is reportedly working on the Vivo X100s and X100s Pro smartphones for the Chinese market. Today, a new device emerged in the database of China’s 3C certification platform. As per reliable Chinese leakers like Experience More on Weibo, the Vivo V2359A is the forthcoming Vivo X100s smartphone.
The 3C certification of the Vivo V2359A reveals that it may ship with a 120W GaN charger, which supports the UFCS standard. As usual, the certification does not reveal anything else about the device.
According to the leaker, the Vivo X100s will debut along with the Vivo X100 Ultra in April. As far as specs are concerned, the X100s is expected to debut as the world’s first Dimensity 9300+ phone. For those who don’t know, the D9300+ is said to be an overclocked version of the regular D9300 chip.
The leaker added that, apart from featuring a new chip and a flat display, it is expected to pack the same specifications that are available on the Vivo X100. To recall, the Vivo X100, which has a curved-edge OLED panel, made its debut last year in October as the first smartphone with the Dimensity 9300 chip onboard.
The Vivo X100s is expected to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, it will have a 32-megapixel front camera, and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 64-megapixel (periscope telephoto) triple camera unit. It is expected to run on OriginOS 4-based Android 14 and pack a 5,000mAh battery.
