Vivo V29 Lite hits another certification, Launch is near
Vivo recently launched the Vivo Y78+ smartphone in China by silently listing it on its Chinese website, and now another smartphone is making its rounds on certification websites. After making its round on the Google Play Console, Vivo V29 Lite has been spotted again on a certification website. Vivo V29 Lite is the part of Vivo V29 series, which consists of Vivo V29, and 29 Pro. This makes us believe that VIVO might launch only this smartphone from the series first and then the other two will follow later on.
Now, thanks to tipster Mukul Sharma, who spotted it first on the GCF certification website. This further confirms that the launch of this smartphone is near with model number V2244. However, the listing on the GCF certification doesn’t reveal much about the smartphone, but it will be a 5G phone and will come with NFC support.

Vivo V29 Lite was also spotted recently on the Google Play Console Certification website, which revealed some of the key specs of this smartphone.
So here is a recap of the Vivo V29 Lite 5G smartphone
The Vivo V29 Lite 5G smartphone is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and an Adreno 619 GPU while running on the Android 13 operating system. The device is rumored to come with 8 GB of RAM and an FHD+ (1080×2400) display with a screen density of 440 DPI. Based on an image posted on the Google Play Console website, the smartphone is expected to feature a waterdrop notch display and slim bezels around the screen.
If the speculation is accurate and the Vivo V29 Lite 5G is the same as the Vivo Y78, then it may come equipped with a 5000mAh battery and support 44W fast charging.
