Vivo V29 Smartphone Receives the GCF Certification: Here’s More About it
Vivo will soon be launching the V29 smartphone and ahead of its launch, the smartphone has received the GCF certification.

Vivo V29 Receives the GCF Certification
Vivo has already launched the Vivo V29 Lite smartphone of the V29 series and the other smartphones of the series, the Vivo V29 and the V29 Pro smartphones are soon expected to have its launch. The launch page of the V29 series has already been listed on the brand’s official website with the tagline “Coming Soon”, which further confirms its imminent launch.
Now ahead of its launch, one of the upcoming smartphones of the series, the Vivo V29 smartphone has received the GCF(Global Certification Forum) certification. The smartphone has appeared on the certification platform with the model number, V2250 and as listed on the certification website, will be supporting 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network connectivity.
The smartphone has also previously received the IMDA, EEC and Bluetooth SIG certifications and early this month, made its appearance on the Geekbench database.

Vivo V29 Expected Specifications
From its Geekbench listing, the upcoming Vivo V29 smartphone has been confirmed to arrive equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset and will come pre-installed with the Android 13-based operating system. The device will also be having an 8GB RAM variant.
Nothing much about its other specifications has been revealed yet, but regarding the other two smartphones of the series, the Vivo V29 Pro and the V29 Lite smartphones, we have a much clearer idea.
The Vivo V29 Pro smartphone from its listing on the brand’s official Philippines website, is confirmed to feature a curved OLED display with a screen size of 6.7 inches and a screen resolution of 1080 pixels. The device will also be supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. Coming to its cameras, the smartphone will be offering its users a 64MP triple camera setup along with a front-facing camera of 50MP. The device will also be backed by a 5000 mAh battery and will support a 66W fast charge feature.
The V29 Lite smartphone has already been launched and its full specifications have been revealed. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset and runs on the Android 13 OS. It features a 6.8″ curved OLED display along with a 64MP OIS triple main camera and a 16MP selfie camera. The device packs a 5000 mAh battery and supports a 44W fast charging feature.
