Vivo V40 Series Confirmed To Launch In India On 7th August At 12PM, Microsite Live On Flipkart
Vivo just recently teased the Vivo V40 series smartphones in India. A few specs were also revealed on the official site though its launch date remained under the wrap. Now the Vivo has officially confirmed the launch date of the Vivo V40 series smartphones which is 7th August, 12PM. There is also a microsite live on Flipkart thus revealing a few specs and its launch date.
Vivo V40 series specifications
The Vivo V40 series smartphone will come with the 50MP ZEISS ultra wide-angle camera, 50MP ZEISS OIS main camera, and 50MP ZEISS telephoto portrait camera. The front side of the smartphone boasts a 50MP front camera. The smartphone will come in IP68 rated body, thus making it resistant to accidental splash and dust.
It will come with the tag of being the slimmest phone in India in the 5500mAh battery category. The Vivo V40 smartphone will be available in Lotus Purple, Ganges Blue, and Titanium Grey whereas the Vivo V40 Pro smartphone will be available in Ganges Blue along with the Titanium Grey color variant. The series Vivo V40 smartphone has already been launched in Europe and will soon be launched in India too.
This phone came with a 6.78-inch wide AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It is backed by a 5500mAh battery that supports 80W charging. In the camera department, the smartphone has got 50-megapixel f/1.88 primary camera and a 50-megapixel f/2.0 ultra-wide lens on the rear. The front side of the smartphone sports a 50-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera.
