Vivo X100 specifications leaked well before launch

Vivo is all set to announce the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro smartphones on Nov. 13 in China. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station, has revealed all the major specifications of the X100.

Vivo X100 specifications (rumored)

According to the tipster, the Vivo X100 will have a BOE 8T curved-edge display that will offer a 1.5K resolution and an optical in-screen fingerprint scanner. The brand has already confirmed that the device will come preloaded with Android 14 and OriginOS 4.

Under the hood, the Vivo X100 will feature the upcoming Dimensity 9300 chipset. To complement the processor, the X100 is rumoured to come with a substantial 16 GB of LPDDR5T RAM. The phone is expected to house a 5,100mAh battery, coupled with rapid 120W charging technology.

For photography enthusiasts, the Vivo X100’s rear camera setup may include a Sony IMX920 main camera, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera, and a 64-megapixel OV64B periscope telephoto camera. To enhance its durability, the Vivo X100 is rumoured to come with an IP68 rating, making it resistant to dust and water.

In the leak, the tipster did not mention anything about the Vivo X100’s display size and refresh rate, storage, or selfie camera. It is likely that the device will be equipped with a 6.78-inch screen that offers a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. It is expected to carry a 3,999 CNY (~$546) starting price and is likely to come in white and blue colour options with a glass back. There will also be an orange edition equipped with a leather back.
