Vivo Y100 4G stops by Google Play Console, confirms repackaged version of V30 Lite 4G
Just a few days back we gave you the news that Vivo V30 Lite has been spotted on Google Play Console, revealing some of the smartphone’s key specs. And now today, we at The Tech Outlook, have spotted the Vivo Y100 4G on the Google Play console with the same specs and model number as the V30 Lite 4G. Previously, it was also revealed that both smartphones will carry the same model number via Bluetooth SIG certification and Google Play Console-supported devices list.
Vivo Y100 4G(V2342) Google Play Console
The specs of both the smartphones are same, like the Snapdragon 680 4G(QTI SM6225) paired with Qualcomm Adreno 610. The CPU has 4x ARM Cortex-A73 (2400 MHz), 4x ARM Cortex-A53 (1900 MHz), and 8GB of RAM. I just noticed a small variation: the Geekbench listing showed that this model number V2342 might come with a Snapdragon 685 4G processor. The reason is, that 4 cores were clocked at 2.8 GHz, and 4 cores at 1.9 Ghz which is the same with 685 processors. However, the Google Play Console listing reveals something else, so it is wise to wait for the official confirmation from Vivo about the details. It is likely to feature a 6.44″ FHD+ screen with a resolution of 1080×2400 and a screen density of 440DPI. The Bluetooth SIG certification revealed it may come with Bluetooth Version 5.0.
Coming to the design of this smartphone, the renders also reveal its slight similarity with the recently launched Y200e 5G smartphone.
So far this much has been revealed from the Google Play Console listing. From the CQC certification, it is expected that this smartphone may come with an 80W fast charger. Looking at the certifications, it is expected that vivo will launch this same smartphone in different markets. Regarding availability and pricing, if it features Snapdragon 680 chipset then we can expect the pricing to be around USD 140. So far it has been spotted on SDPPI(Indonesia), NBTC(Thailand), EEC, and TKDN certifications.
