Vivo has just confirmed the launch date of the T3x 5G smartphone for the Indian market which will happen on the 16th of April. And now it looks like there is one more smartphone coming soon to the Indian market. Today, our team at The Tech Outlook has spotted model number “V2333” on the BIS certification website. Earlier this same model number was spotted on Bluetooth SIG with the moniker Y18.
Vivo Y18 Expected specs
Well, this is not the first time this model number has surfaced on a certification website. Earlier also, it was spotted on Bluetooth SIG, and Google Play Console. But, it was also spotted online with a different moniker that is Y03. From past certifications, it is revealed to come with a 6.5″ IPS LCD that offers HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will have a MediaTek Helio G85 processor paired with an ARM Mali G52 (950 MHz). It will boot from OriginOS 14.0 based on Android 14 out of the box.
Here is what I think, Vivo has launched the Y03 in the Indonesian market and may launch the same smartphone in the Indian market as Y18. Also, Vivo Y18e has been spotted on the BIS certification website earlier. And a new report has hinted that there might be Y03s and Y03t models also.
So far there is no word from Vivo about the launch of these smartphones.
