Vivo Y28s 5G And Y28e 5G Launched Officially In India; Check Out The Specs And Pricing Details

The Chinese smartphone brand Vivo recently announced the launch of the Vivo Y28s 5G smartphone for the global markets. Today the company has launched this smartphone in the Indian market too. But here’s the catch, the global variant is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC while the Indian variant features MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G SoC. The Indian variant was also spotted on the Google Play Console website recently. Along with the Vivo Y28s 5G, the brand has also launched the Vivo Y28e 5G smartphone in the country.

Vivo Y28s 5G & Vivo Y28e 5G: Specifications

Both smartphones feature a 6.56-inch LCD display that offers 90Hz refresh rate and 840 nits of peak brightness. The display is TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light certified. They are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G SoC and run on FuntouchOS 14 based on Android 14. The devices are backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports a 15W flash charge. They include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

Vivo Y28s 5G features a 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera and an 8MP selfie camera. It offers 4/6/8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and also includes 8GB virtual RAM. While Vivo Y28e 5G features a 13MP main camera and 5MP selfie camera. It offers 4GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage, and also includes 4GB virtual RAM.

Vivo Y28s 5G comes in Vintage Red and Twinkling sparkle color options. It is available in three storage options: 4GB/128GB priced at Rs.13,999, 6GB/128GB priced at Rs.15,499, and 8GB/128GB priced at Rs.16,999.

Whereas Vivo Y28e 5G comes in Vintage red and Breeze Green color options. It is available in two storage options- 4GB/64GB priced at Rs.10,999 and 4GB/128GB priced at Rs.11,999.
