Vivo Y33t with MediaTek Helio G85 launched in China at 749 CNY
Vivo launched the Vivo Y33t smartphone in China at a price of 749 CNY and will be available to purchase via JD.com. It comes in a sole configuration of 6 GB + 128 GB internal storage and comes in two color options Green and Purple. It comes with a 6.56-inch LCD HD+ 60 Hz panel with a teardrop notch to house an 8 MP selfie camera. The handset is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor paired with 6 GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB eMMC 5.1 storage.
The rear side of the smartphone boasts a dual camera setup arranged on a rectangular module with an LED flash. It features a 13 MP primary camera and a 2 MP camera. The Vivo Y33t is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 15W charging. It runs OriginOS based on Android 13. Additionally, it also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The company seems to have taken the name from its earlier launched smartphone, while designed from recently launched Vivo Y17s smartphone. Vivo launched a smartphone with the Y33t name earlier last year in India that not only differs in terms of specs but also in design with the recently launched Vivo Y33t handset. It came with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset backed by 5,000 mAh battery. It featured a 6.58-inch wide Full HD+ display panel with a 90 Hz refresh rate. If we talk about Vivo Y17s it came with the same processor though different in some aspects like camera and storage.
