Vivo’s iQOO Announces the Neo 9 Pro Launch in India: Officially Confirmed to come in February
Update: Just recently, the brand confirmed that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will be launching in the Indian market in February 2024. The brand made this announcement via its X post. It appears that only the iQOO Neo 9 Pro model will be introduced in India, according to the teaser.

The Vivo subsidiary and the Chinese consumer electronics maker, iQOO, following the China launch, have announced the Neo 9 series India launch as well.

iQOO Neo 9 Series – India Launch
The Neo 9 series comprising of the Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro smartphones debuted in the brand’s home market late last month on the 27th of December 2023, and the sale of both the devices is live in the country.
Now, via the brand’s official Indian Twitter handle, iQOO has announced the series for the Indian market with the tagline “Coming Soon”. Nothing in particular about the smartphones has been shared, and it is not sure whether iQOO is planning for the launch of both models or just one.
However, do note that for the previous flagship iQOO 12 series only the vanilla iQOO 12 5G device was launched in India. A few updates are also pointing out that for the iQOO Neo 9 series, the vanilla model is to be expected. Other reports are suggesting the opposite and state that the pro model will be made available, just like what happened with the previous Neo 7 series (the Neo 8 series wasn’t unveiled in India).
Let’s just wait until the brand officially reveals more updates, with which we can confirm which model will be launched for the Indian customers. Just to add, the red color variant can also be expected.
