Xiaomi 13 5G and Xiaomi 13 Pro 5G bags NBTC certification while the pro completes BIS approval

The Xiaomi 13 series smartphones are yet to launch in markets outside China. Xiaomi 13 series consists of two smartphones – Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. Before even the launch of these smartphones globally they have been found on the NBTC certification databases.

Xiaomi 13 with model number 2211133G has cleared the NBTC certification and Xiaomi 13 Pro with model number 221032G has also cleared the NBTC certification. Not only this Xiaomi 13 Pro has also acquired a Bureau of Indian (BIS) certificate. Appearances on these certification sites hint that the Xiaomi 13 series could soon be launched in the global markets.

Though not in global markets the Xiaomi 13 series is already present in the Chinese market which gives us an idea about the specifications of these smartphones.

Core Specifications of Xiaomi 13 series

Xiaomi 13 series phones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage. The Xiaomi 13 offers a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with a full HD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.

While Xiaomi 13 Pro has a 6.73-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution. Xiaomi 13 has a triple rear camera setup of 50MP+12MP+10MP. And Xiaomi 13 Pro also has a triple rear camera but with a setup of 50MP+50MP+50MP.

Xiaomi 13 has a 4500 mAH battery life and supports 67W fast charging. Whereas Xiaomi 13 Pro has a 4820 mAH battery life and supports 120W fast charging.
