Xiaomi 13 Ultra confirmed to sport Quad 50MP Camera set up , smartphone to debut along side Xiaomi Pad 6 series , Xiaomi Band 8 on April 18th

Xiaomi has already unveiled the Xiaomi 13 series in China as well as in global markets. Now the Chinese smartphone brand is all set to launch its most anticipated Xiaomi 13 Ultra in the global markets. The smartphone has been spotted on various certification websites and was a part of many rumors which kept on increasing the curiosity of many users as to when this smartphone will be making its debut.

Xiaomi has finally made the official announcement on their social media handles that Xiaomi 13 Ultra be making its debut on April 18 at 19:00 . The launch event will be held online so that users and tech lovers can be a part of this much-awaited launch. Alongside Xiaomi 13 Ultra, the company will also be launching Xiaomi Pad 6 series and Xiaomi Band 8.

From the official launch announcement, it was confirmed that Xiaomi 13 Ultra will feature Leica-branded camera lenses and now just ahead of its launch the camera specifications of this upcoming smartphone have been confirmed.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra is confirmed to feature a quad rear camera setup that includes 50MP Sony IMX89 1” sensor, 50MP Sony IMX858 Ultrawide camera, 50MP IMX858 3X telephoto camera, and 50 MP Sony IMX858 5X periscope camera. All these four lenses are confirmed to shoot 8K videos. From this latest information, we can conclude that users will surely be able to enhance their photography skills with this amazing camera setup.

Apart from the camera setup, the upcoming smartphone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch 2k AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor that might be paired with up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage.

It could house a 4900mAh battery that supports 50W fast charging. The smartphone could run on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 OS. The pricing of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra has also been tipped, According to leaks, this smartphone will be available in three different variants in China and its prices would be 8GB/128 GB for CNY 6,299 ($915.19/₹75161.49), 12GB/256GB for CNY 6,799($987.84/₹81127.64), and 16GB/512GB for CNY 7499 ($1089.54/₹89480.24).
