A new Xiaomi device dubbed the Professional Camera Handle, which will be a part of the Professional Photography Kit designed probably for the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra flagship phone, has been approved by China’s 3C certification. It not only hints at the launch of the camera accessory but also suggests that the 14 Ultra is not far away.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s Professional Camera Handle 3C certified
In 3C’s database, the professional photography kit has appeared with the 2402CPS69C model number. The device, which serves as a mobile power supply, supports a charging output of 7.5W. The “2402” digits in its model number suggest that it may debut at some point in February in China.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s professional photography kit was announced with a price tag of 799 Yuan (~$112). Hence, it is likely that, including various filters and accessories, the camera handle may debut with similar pricing in China. As per the IMEI database listing, which was spotted in August last year, the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the 24030PN60C model number for the Chinese market.
The model numbers, 2402 for the camera handle and 2403 for the 14 Ultra suggest that the former may launch in February and the flagship phone may break cover in March. Notably, the previous generation Xiaomi Mi 13 Ultra had a handle with the model number 2303 and a corresponding mobile phone with the model number 2304.
As far as 14 Ultra is concerned, it is expected to be released in multiple markets outside of China, including India.
