Xiaomi 15 Smartphone Few Specification Details Tipped by Chinese Tipster
Following the debut of the Xiaomi 14 series, the Chinese smartphone maker – Xiaomi is expected to release its next 15 series devices this year and probably a little earlier when compared to the 14 series launch.
Even if the 15-series expected release is months away, a few updates have already been shared about the upcoming devices. A new update has arrived pointing out some of the expected specifications of the vanilla Xiaomi 15 model.

Xiaomi 15 – Tipped Specifications
This update is from Smart Pikachu, a Chinese tipster on Weibo, who has firstly pointed to Huawei’s Mate series devices with three front punch holes. It has further been mentioned that other consumer electronics manufacturers have started focusing on front-facing multi-sensor solutions, and maybe Xiaomi might be one among the manufacturers. [Just to add, Xiaomi’s 15 Pro and 15 Ultra models are said to feature ultrasound.]
The tipster has then noted that the first device to come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset onboard is the Xiaomi 15 smartphone, and it is expected to arrive around the month of October 2024, as revealed earlier. It has also been added that this device will probably be backed by a large battery, and will only have low power consumption.
Speaking of another update, the upcoming Xiaomi 15 smartphone was previously tipped to feature an OLED CSOT LTPO display panel with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1400 nits peak brightness rate. Ultra-thin bezels and 15% to 20% lower IC power consumption were also tipped for the device.
