Xiaomi Civi 3 to offer 16GB RAM, 1TB of storage
Xiaomi will announce the Xiaomi Civi 3 selfie-focused smartphone on May 25 in China. Ahead of the official announcement, the company gradually revealed all the key features of the Civi 3. Today, the company revealed what appears to be the highest configuration of the device.
The Xiaomi Civi 3 was spotted in the database of the MIIT certification. The listing revealed that the device will come equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The Civi 3 will also be available in a variant with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, as the brand’s most recent poster reveals.
In all likelihood, the Xiaomi Civi 3 will be equipped with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Apart from the above-mentioned variants, the device may arrive in other configurations, such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.
The Xiaomi Civi 3 is expected to arrive with a 6.55-inch OLED panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a 32-megapixel (main) + 32-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera system on the front. On the back, it will have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 main camera.
The Xiaomi Civi 3 will be powered by the Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset and a 4,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. It will run on Android 13 OS and MIUI 14. The Civi 3 will also have a 4,000mm2 vapour chamber cooling unit for heat dissipation.
