Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra Wi-Fi Issues: Free Upgrade to Xiaomi 12 Pro or Incremental Cost Upgrade to Xiaomi 13 Pro
Xiaomi smartphone users have been facing a lot of Wi-Fi-related issues and the company has recognized it to be a fault from their side. As a part of resolving the issues and compensating for what its users had to go through, Xiaomi has announced that Mi 11 Ultra smartphone users who are facing Wi-Fi issues with their device can freely upgrade to a Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone or to a Xiaomi 13 smartphone with an incremental cost.

Wi-Fi Issues with Xiaomi Devices
Many Xiaomi smartphone users in India have been reporting some unknown Wi-Fi issues with their respective smartphone devices and now the company recognizing the issue as a problem with their devices has announced two years extended warranty for selected devices including the POCO X3 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro series smartphones. Xiaomi’s Mi 11 Ultra smartphone users are being offered a free upgrade to the Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone or an incremental cost upgrade to the Xiaomi 13 Pro smartphone.
If Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra smartphone users choose to upgrade their device, they can freely upgrade it to a Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone or by paying an incremental cost of Rs. 30,000 can upgrade to a Xiaomi 13 Pro smartphone. Just to add, the Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone in India starts at a price of Rs. 44,999, and the Xiaomi 13 Pro is priced at Rs. 79,999. The users of the Mi Ultra smartphone who had previously upgraded to the Xiaomi 12 Pro due to Wi-Fi-related issues are also ensured a full refund on contacting the company.
The President of Xiaomi India, Muralikrishnan B who officially announced the extended warranty and upgrade, had also expressed his regret over the issue and has assured that all the necessary steps will be taken to offer the brand’s quality to its trusted customers.
