The much-awaited and highly anticipated Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 has finally made its debut in the Chinese markets. The device was unveiled at the brand’s launch event which was live-streamed on their social media platform. Xiaomi Mix Fold 3: Specifications and features
The newly launched foldable device features the Millet keel shaft innovative structure and Xiaomi’s proprietary hinge. It arrives with a flat screen surface. The device sports a 6.56inch outer E6 OLED display that offers an aspect ratio of 21:9 and 2600 nits of brightness while it features an 8.03inch inner 2k Samsung ECO OLED, E6 LTPO display that offers 2600 nits of brightness. Both displays offer 120Hz refresh rates and are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The company has also used UTG glass over the display which increases the durability of the screens by 2.25 times. The device can be kept at a large angle free hovering from 45 degrees to 135 degrees. As per the TUV certifications, the device can withstand 500,000 folds.
The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor that includes around 10,000 cooling systems. It is backed by a 4800mAh battery and the users get 1.34 days of battery life. The foldable phone supports 67W wired charging and 50W wireless charging and you can fully charge the device in just 40 minutes while it takes just 10 minutes to charge the device to 36%. The device is equipped with two Xiaomi surging batteries and three Xiaomi surging chips.
The device packs up Leica Optics full focus quad rear camera setup while it includes the new generation Summicron lens with OIS and double telephoto lenses with 3.2x and 5x zoom. The device can record video or click images at 8K/24fps. The quad rear camera setup includes 50MP IMX80 OIS main camera, 10MP portrait, 10MP telephoto periscope, and 12MP ultrawide camera. Along with that, it includes a 20MP selfie camera. The device arrives with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage.
Other features include Wi-Fi 7,6,5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC support, Android 13 OS, and dual symmetrical speakers.

The smartphone will be available for consumers in two color variants- Gold and black. While the device will be arriving with three storage configurations:

The device will be going on sale in China from August 16, 10:00 am.
