ZTE launches Nubia V70 Max with 6.9-inch 120Hz display, 6000mAh battery, and live island 2.0 feature

ZTE has unveiled its latest smartphone, the Nubia V70 Max, on its international website on February 15. The device features a range of specifications aimed at the mid-range market segment.

The Nubia V70 Max features a 6.9-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch design. The phone introduces “Live Island 2.0,” a feature reminiscent of Apple’s Smart Island, which displays dynamic controls and important information around the waterdrop notch area.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Unisoc T606 processor, which was introduced in 2021. This SoC utilizes a DynamIQ architecture built on a 12nm process, combining two 1.6 GHz Arm Cortex-A75 CPUs with six Arm Cortex-A55 processors for balanced performance.

The smartphone’s photography capabilities include a 50MP main camera on the rear, while an 8MP front camera handles selfie duties. The device comes equipped with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It runs on MyOS 15, based on Android 15.

One of the standout features is the substantial 6000mAh battery, which supports 22.5W wired charging for quick power replenishment. The phone also features an IP54 rating and drop resistance of up to 1.5 meters. It’s available in three colors: Lake Green, Galactic Gray, and Coral Pink.
