Redmi Smart TV X 2025 Series, Redmi Buds 6 Pro, and Redmi Watch 5 Officially Debuted in China
Xiaomi, one of the leading Chinese consumer electronics manufacturers, recently unveiled many of its latest products under its Redmi sub-brand in its home market. The Redmi Smart TV X 2025 Series, Redmi Buds 6 Pro, and Redmi Watch 5 were also among the latest products that were released.

Redmi Smart TV X 2025 Series
The Redmi Smart TV X 2025 Series is powered by the MT 9655 quad core A73 processor and runs on the HyperOS 2.0 user interface. It features a 4K UI Ultra HD display with 240Hz refresh rate, Qingshan eye protection, and 94% DCI-P3 wide color gamut. Other notable specs are Wi-Fi 6, 4GB/64GB storage, NFC remote control, and whole house intelligent control center.
Four display variants are available and all of them are currently on sale in China. Customers can get the latest Redmi Smart TV X 2025 models in 55″, 65″, 75″, and 85″ screen sizes with respective price tags of CNY 2179, CNY 2799, CNY 3799, and CNY 4799.
Redmi Buds 6 Pro
The Redmi Buds 6 Pro is the brand’s first three unit earbuds with three high definition audio codecs (MIHC | LHDC | LC3). Independent spatial audio dynamic head tracking and 360° immersive audio experience are other notable audio specs. Super noise reduction with maximum 55dB noise cancelling using the Deep Space Noise Reduction 2.0 technology is also an important spec. Furthermore, 3 mics AI calling with wind resistance of 12m/s speed is also supported.
The Xiaomi HyperOS (2) is also there in the Redmi Buds 6 Pro and added features like slide to adjust volume, sound sharing, and dual connectivity can be enjoyed by users. Regarding the battery, up to 36 hours of total battery life is assured (9.5 hours on a single charge), and a light bar displays the remaining power. Cloud Gap Light Effect 2.0 is also a revealed battery spec.
Four color models have been introduced for the Redmi Buds 6 Pro – Run Jade Green, Ice Glaze White, Xuan Wuhei (Black), and E-Sports version (Black x Orange). To add, the E-Sports version comes with a wireless microphone, 20ms ultra low latency, LHDC lossless audio, and upgraded integrated storage.
The standard edition in Run Jade Green, Ice Glace White, and Xuan Wuhei (Black) colors are currently on sale at a price of CNY 399. On the other hand, the pre-reservation for the E-Sports version is live with the official sale set to begin on the 3rd of December 2024 at 10 AM local time.
Redmi Watch 5
The latest Redmi Watch 5 smartwatch offers a 2.07″ AMOLED display with 1500 nits brightness and 60Hz refresh rate. It also features a high-quality metal frame and a stainless steel rotating crown. An ultra-large field of view is also claimed on the device with 2mm narrow bezels and 82% screen-to-body ratio.
Speaking more, the device supports more mainstream apps and a new integrated device center. Linear motor 20+ with original vibration modes, new AFE chip with 97.1% military accuracy, outdoor intercom support, and independent GNSS positioning are other key specs.
Regarding the battery, it is backed with a 550 mAh battery with up to 24 days battery life. With AOD turned on, the device is said to offer 12 days of battery life.
An eSIM variant of the device is also available with independent calling support, 12 days typical battery life, Bluetooth mode, up to 200 meters transportation, and multi-person explanation support.
The standard and eSIM models are priced at CNY 599 and CNY 799 respectively, and both have been made available for purchase now. The standard edition comes in Elegant Black and Moon Silver colors, whereas the eSIM model can only be bought in Titanium color.
