Samsung Galaxy Ring officially teased at the Galaxy Unpacked event 2024; expected to arrive with Samsung’s next foldable devices
The South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally unveiled its highly anticipated and most talked about Galaxy S24 flagship series at the Galaxy Unpacked event 2024. In this particular event, the brand has also teased an all-new Galaxy Ring. In the month of August, the company trademarked two names under smart rings which pointed out that very soon users will get to see a Samsung smart ring in the market.
The company revealed a short teaser of this Smart ring, which revealed a Black color circular ring while in the teaser some sensors could also be seen on the inside of the ring which could be related to health sensors.
While introducing this smart ring Dr. Matthew Wiggins (Digital Health Samsung research) said that this is a “powerful and accessible health and wellness device.” Other than the design of this Galaxy Ring nothing much was revealed about this device like the specifications or launch timeline. But since the ring has been teased we might come across some more information related to it in the coming months.
About the launch timeline, it is assumed that Samsung might launch this Galaxy Ring with its upcoming foldable devices- Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 at its next Unpacked event.
