Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 Receives the Bluetooth SIG Certification: Tipped to Launch at the Unpacked Event
The Galaxy SmartTag2 device from Samsung has been certified by the Bluetooth SIG authority. The upcoming device is to feature better Bluetooth connectivity and has been tipped to launch at the brand’s Unpacked Event scheduled to take place this month.

Galaxy SmartTag2 Receives the Bluetooth SIG Certification
The next second-generation SmartTag device from Samsung, the Galaxy SmartTag2 has received the Bluetooth SIG certification, and compared to the previous model which supported Bluetooth connectivity of version 5.1, the SmartTag2 will be featuring better and improved Bluetooth connectivity.
The upcoming device has been certified by the Bluetooth SIG authority with the declaration ID, D064638 and has appeared on the database with the model number, EI-T5600. It’s listing on the Bluetooth SIG certification platform also confirms that the upcoming Galaxy SmartTag2 will support Bluetooth connectivity of version 5.3.
It has also now been tipped, that the Galaxy SmartTag2 device will be launched along with the long list of Samsung devices that are to be launched at the Unpacked Event scheduled to take place this month, in July 2023.
Samsung’s Unpacked Event
The coming Unpacked Event which is to be held by the last week of this month, is going to be the 27th Unpacked Event the brand is organizing and for the first time, Samsung is going to conduct it in Seoul, South Korea. The brand, as mentioned, has a long list of devices waiting to have its launch, which includes the foldable devices, Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Z Fold 5, Tab S9 series tablet devices, Watch 6 series devices, Galaxy Buds 3 earbuds among others, and it is to this list, the Galaxy SmartTag2 has also been added.
