Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Series 5G Global Models Spotted on the IMDA Certification Platform

The South Korean-based multinational tech company, Samsung is expected to launch its Galaxy Tab S9 series devices by the end of this month and is likely to unveil its latest devices at the brand’s Unpacked Event scheduled to take place on the 26th of July 2023 at Seoul, South Korea.

The Galaxy Tab S9 series devices by now have already received multiple certifications and now, the 5G models of the upcoming tablet devices have been certified by the IMDA certification authority of Singapore.

Galaxy Tab S9 Series 5G Models IMDA Certification

The upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 series 5G models, which include the Galaxy Tab S9, S9+, and S9 Ultra devices, have appeared on the IMDA certification platform with the model numbers, SM-X716B, SM-X816B and SM-X916B respectively. The devices are listed as 5G tablets with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.

No other details about the upcoming tablets have been mentioned on the certification platform.

To speak about its other certifications, the Galaxy Tab S9 series devices have received the FCC, NBTC, TDRA, and TUV Rheinland certifications. The Wi-Fi-only models had previously also made an appearance on the IMDA certification platform.

For those of you who didn’t know, on the Flipkart shopping platform, Samsung customers can now book a pre-reserve pass for the next Galaxy device for Rs. 1,999. The poster that has been shared doesn’t reveal much about the next Galaxy device, but it suggests that a foldable device (Galaxy Z Flip 5 or Galaxy Z Fold 5) will be launching next. However, we are aware that many other Galaxy devices are still waiting in line to be launched, including the Galaxy Tab S9 series devices
