We recently informed you that the global brand might soon launch the Amazfit Bip 5 smartwatch in the Indian markets. Well this smartwatch was already available in global markets and the company has today finally launched it in India.

As per the press release shared by the company, this latest smartwatch will be made available in three color variants- Black, Cream white, and Pastel pink. Its dedicated page is already live on Amazon and it will be available for purchase from August 31, 2023. This newly launched smartwatch is priced at Rs.7,499 in India.

It sports a 1.91-inch HD color display while the screen is protected by 2.5D tempered glass with an anti-fingerprint coating. It comes with 70+ watch faces that include 13 editable watch faces with customizable widgets. It supports Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity for calling purposes. Users can answer the calls via a built-in microphone and speaker.
The smartwatch also includes 30+ mini-games It comes with over 120 sports modes and support for 4 satellite positioning systems and can auto-detect 7 sports. Its 24-hour health monitoring keeps you aware of your body metrics like Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, and Stress level. The watch operates on Zepp OS 2.0 which is coupled with an advanced BioTracker PPG sensor.
It prioritizes health with features like sleep quality monitoring, menstrual cycle tracking, PAI health assessment, and health alerts for various metrics. It seamlessly integrates with third-party fitness apps like Strava, Komoot, and Addidas running. It includes a built-in Alexa voice assistant for setting alarms, checking the weather and creating a shopping list, and more.
If we talk about battery life, the smartwatch offers 30 days back up on battery saver mode, 10 days on typical usage and 5 days on heavy usage.
