At a single charge, it can power for up to 7 days. It has Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity of up to 10 m. It is equipped with heart rate monitoring, activity level tracking, SPO2 measuring, sleep tracking, stress measurement, breath practice, and female cycle tracking.
