OnePlus India has teased a new smartwatch that can soon be launched in India. It has been teased with the caption โIt’s about timeโ. A famous tipster named Max Jambor last month wrote on X that OnePlus can launch Watch 2 at Mobile World Congress. Now the same tipster sharing the teaser wrote on X that it will be launched on 24th February. Later he rectified saying that it would be launched on 26th February, 2024. So now as per the tipster, the smartwatch will be launched on 26th Feb, 2024.

Say it a coincidence or an idea that 26th Feb is the same date when the OnePlus contest for the watch in the OnePlus community will end. Based on earlier rumors the smartwatch can come with the 1.43 inch wide AMOLED screen with circular dial. It can come in a metal casing, with two buttons on the side. Features like Bluetooth calling can also be seen. It can be backed by a bigger battery than its predecessor.
We can expect the company to pour some additional details about this smartwatch in the coming days. The launch of a new OnePlus smartwatch in India was already confirmed by India’s BIS listing of a smartwatch under the OnePlus branding.
