Upcoming Huawei Watch Fit SE Receives the TDRA Certification: Launch Might be Approaching
The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Huawei is going to launch a new smartwatch device in its Watch Fit series and the upcoming device has now been certified by the TDRA certification authority of UAE.

Huawei Watch Fit SE Receives TDRA Certification
The upcoming smartwatch device from Huawei, the Huawei Watch Fit SE has appeared on the TDRA certification platform with the model number, STA-B39 and has received the certification with the equipment registration number, ER22344/23. Its TDRA certification will be valid till the 13th of July 2026.
Previous reports have also pointed out that the device has been certified by the Malaysia SIRIM certification authority as well.
To date, Huawei in its Watch Fit series has introduced only four smartwatch devices – the Watch Fit, Watch Fit 2, Watch Fit Elegant, and Watch Fit Mini. The brand has also introduced a newer version of the Watch Fit as well – the Watch Fit New. The Watch Fit SE(Special Edition) will arrive as the fifth smartwatch of the series.
Nothing much about the upcoming smartwatch device is known yet including its launch date, but the two certifications the device has received suggest that its launch is nearing. It is expected that the Watch Fit SE might come with a few new features at the same time is likely to have a budget price point.

Huawei Watch Fit New Specifications
Huawei’s Watch Fit New features an AMOLED display panel with a screen size of 1.64″ and a screen resolution of 456 x 280 pixels. Dimension-wise the smartwatch has a size of 46 x 30 x 10.7 mm and weighs only 21 grams excluding the straps. Four strap colors are also offered – Pomelo Red, Isle Blue, Sakura Pink, and Graphite Black
Regarding the connectivity options on the device, the smartwatch supports both GPS and Bluetooth connectivity. It is also compatible with both Android(6.0 and later) and iOS(9.0 and later) operating systems as well. A 6-axis IMU sensor and a heart rate sensor are also part of the device.
Lastly coming to its battery life, a maximum battery life of 10 days is offered on the device. It might vary as per the usage and will be reduced to about 7 days with heavy usage and while on GPS mode, the battery life will be reduced to 12 hours. The smartwatch can be charged using the magnetic charging thimble.
