Sony India via its official Twitter/X handle has officially teased the latest Alpha 9 III camera in India. The device has been teased with the tagline “Coming Soon”, pointing out that an imminent launch can be expected.

Sony unveiled its Alpha 9 III camera last year in the month of November 2023 and this device is now officially confirmed to soon arrive in the Indian market as well. Sony Alpha 9 III – Key Specs
The Sony Alpha 9 III is a full-frame mirror-less camera having a global shutter and it features a full-frame stacked 24.6MP Exmor RS CMOS image sensor and BIONZ XR processor. The device also comes with 120 fps support, featuring AF/AE tracking and blackout-free shooting. To note, its maximum shutter speed is 1/80000 second with flash sync, however, while continuous shooting the shutter speed will be 1/16000 second. On the design side, the device offers a more improved ergonomic grip design, and for better functionality, a 120 fps high display quality electronic viewfinder (EVF) and 4-axis multi-angle LCD monitor have been provided.
