Vivo’s Upcoming Tablet, Foldable, and Flagship Smartphone Launch Time Frame Tipped: Pad 3, X Fold 3 Pro, and X100 Ultra

Viv0, the leading Chinese consumer electronics maker, is said to launch three of its much-awaited devices in the first half of this year. A tipster on the Weibo platform has shared the expected launch time frame of these upcoming devices.

This update is again from the Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station and the expected launch time frame for the Pad 3, X Fold 3 Pro, and X100 Ultra devices has been suggested.

The tipster first pointed out that the brand’s foldable and flagship smartphone – the X Fold 3 Pro and X100 Ultra will officially arrive in the first half of 2024, and regarding the X100 Ultra, it will be offering many upgraded features when compared to its predecessor – the X90 Pro+.

In a follow-up post shared more recently, the tipster stated that the flagship X100 Ultra launch might take place in Q2 2024, whereas the Pad 3 tablet and X Fold 3 Pro foldable debut may probably be happening ahead of the X100 Ultra launch. Also to add, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered thin and light-weight X Fold 3 Pro release is tipped to be in the month of March 2024.

Expected Specifications

Regarding the expected specifications of these devices, as mentioned the X Fold 3 Pro is possibly going to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and will likely be featuring a thin and light-weight body.

The Pad 3 tablet on the other hand will probably be coming equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor. Some other expected specs of the tablet include a 13″ 3K LCD display and an 80W fast charge support.

The X100 Ultra flagship is also said to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, just like the X Fold 3 Pro, and it may sport a quad camera unit housing a Sony LYT-900 1-inch camera sensor, an IMX598 50MP ultrawide lens, IMX758 50MP portrait lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with focal length of around 100mm.
