XIAOMI 12 lite 5g NE spotted on IMEI website, could be rebranded as Xiaomi Civi 2 and launch globally
Recent visits by Xiaomi 13 Lite into the IMEI database, reveal its model number 2210129SG (G indicates Global model). Extraordinarily, it’s the same model number associated with another Xiaomi phone that was ceased by the IMEI database a few days ago, the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G NE (via). Remarkably, the rumor mill suggested that the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G NE is a rebranded version of the same Xiaomi Civi 2 that was launched in September in China.
The fact that the Xiaomi 13 Lite is still in development doesn’t trickle in about as a surprise. However, realizing that the phone is an imperative version of the Xiaomi Civi 2 is surely surprising. One thing to consider is that Xiaomi’s Civi series of phones has remained exclusive to the Chinese national market, but the corporation might entertain different ideas regarding Civi 2.
