In the year 2021, Xiaomi unveiled the Mi Pad 5 series tablets, and along with that the company also introduced the Smart Pen which made its debut with some really smart features and was also light-weight & comfortable to hold with a slender body and excellent grip. This Smart Pen was considered the best accessory for the Mi Pad 5 series.
Now after two years, Xiaomi launched the successor of its smart pen. Xiaomi Smart Pen 2nd generation has been introduced in the Chinese markets alongside Xiaomi Pad 6 and it appears that the brand is ready to launch this latest Smart Pen in other markets too. This is because recently we have spotted Xiaomi Smart Pen 2nd generation on the TDRA certification website with model number 23031MPADC.
Though from the certification website, not much was revealed about this smart pen since the smart pen has already made its debut in China it is known that it comes with lower input latency and longer battery life. Also, it supports Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. This second-gen smart pen comes with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity just like its predecessor and a battery life of about 150 hours.
We also recently informed you that Xiaomi Pad 6 was spotted on the SIRIM website which hints that the global launch of this device is near. Hence it can be expected that just like in China, Xiaomi Smart Pen 2nd generation could make its debut alongside Xiaomi Pad 6 in global markets.
