Astro Bot Limited Edition DualSense Wireless Controller Announced, Pre Order Begins From August 9

In a PlayStation Blog post, the studio head at Nicolas Doucet announced an adorable new DualSense wireless controller – Astro Bot Limited Edition. It’s like you have got the Astro Bot from the game into your hands. The features of the controller are not anything unheard about a PS5 controller but similar to the features like adaptive triggers and haptic feedback.

The focus is more on the cosmetic side of the controller with the blue accent on the handles and buttons. It has Astrobot’s iconic playful pair of eyes on it that seems like it will blink in the next moment(I wish it could).

As far as its availability is concerned its pre-order will begin on August 9 in the U.S. and U.K., France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Portugal. Buyers will be able to pre-order through direct.playstation.com, as well as from select retailers. Pre-orders will also be available through select retailers in other global markets on the same day. The DualSense wireless controller – Astro Bot Limited Edition will be available in limited quantities for $79.99/ €79.99 / £69.99 / ¥11,980 and will launch on September 6, day-in-date with the launch of Astro Bot.
