Good news for all the PS5 players! Doom: The Dark Ages, which is the prequel to Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal, will be launching on PS5 on 15th May, 2025. The game will bring new weapons, mechanics, and enemies.

The new features include-
- Bludgeon demons with the new Flail, which also blasts nearby enemies
- Plot a 30-story-tall mech to smash through titan-sized demons
- Assault mode lets you lock onto targets and dodge incoming projectiles
In this third instalment of the modern Doom series, players will step into the blood-stained boots of the Doom Slayer. There are two editions of this game- the Standard edition priced at Rs 5,999 and the Premium edition priced at Rs 7,999. The game will launch on May 15, but it can be pre-ordered via PlayStation.com and other authorized platforms.
The game is said to provide a dark fantasy/ sci-fi single player experience that delivers the searing combat and over-the-top visuals of the Doom franchise, powered by the latest idTech Engine. Challenges lurk in every shadow of epic battlefields, ancient hellscape, and worlds beyond.
