343 Industries has stated that it will be making improvements to Halo Infinite’s in-game store, including price reductions, improved bundles, removing specific items from some bundles, and more.
Jerry Hook, 343’s Head of Design, announced the announcement on Twitter, stating that the team would begin applying these modifications on Tuesday, January 18, and that they will continue to observe and test new things during Halo Infinite’s first season.
“Since launch, we’ve been actively monitoring the Shop, bundles, and pricing conversations,” Hook stated. “We’re planning to start rolling out adjustments to how we package and price products in @Halo Infinite next week, based on statistics and community feedback.
“The Shop experience will change week to week starting on Tuesday. We’re working to lower prices across the board, provide better value in our bundles, and start selling individual items outside of bundles, among other things.
“Throughout the balance of the season, we’ll be attempting new things in order to learn and better for the future. Please continue to provide input throughout this process, and I hope to see you all next week at the Cyber Showdown!”
