It’s high time for the Spidey fans because Sony has announced that Marvel’s Spider Man 2 will launch globally on the PlayStation 5 on October 20. After an overwhelming response to Spider Man Miles Morales and Spider-Man Remastered, Insomniac Games has worked tirelessly to develop this high-profile game.
What’s new for the players?
This game is promised to unlock the power of consoles with better visuals, faster web-swinging, 3D audio, and near-instant character switching. It means players will be able to switch instantly between Miles Morales and Peter Parker. According to Sony, both characters will have exclusive stories and missions. Players will also get to see iconic red background returns with fan favorite villains like Venom, Lizard, and Kraven. The character’s arm represents new abilities like Pete with the symbiote and Miles with his evolved bioelectric Venom powers.

Price and availability
Marvel’s Spider Man 2 will be available in two editions-Standard and Digital Deluxe. Those who pre-order the title will get Arachknight Suit for Peter Parker and ‘the Shadow Spider Suit for Miles Morales with 3 color variants, a Web Grabber gadget, and 3 skill points.
As far as its availability and price is concerned it will be available on PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, and retailers for preorder starting June 16. The Standard will be priced at $69.99 (approx Rs 5,770) whereas the Digital Deluxe version will be priced at $79.99(approx Rs 6,595)
