Sony has announced the launch of PlayStation Portal in India. This allows gamers to access and play the PS5 games remotely on it. This needs to be connected to the PlayStation to access the library. Gamers can stream the games on the PlayStation Portal even when someone is playing on a TV connected to the console. It has already been launched last year in the US and global market. The PlayStation Portal remote player comes with an eight-inch wide LCD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. You can easily play PS4 and PS5 game titles installed on your console directly on it.
This device can easily be connected to the PS5 as soon as you turn it on and just press a button with minimum delay. Apart from the wide display that replaces the TV for the gameplay, it comes with the DualSense wireless controller features that include haptic feedback, adaptive triggers with responsive triggers, and dynamic resistance in supported games.
Price and availability
The PlayStation Portal Remote is priced at Rs 18,990. As far as its availability is concerned it will be available from 3rd August at Sony Centres, Amazon.in, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance, Vijay Sales, Blinkit, and other retailers.
