Rockstar Games Officially Launches Discord, Featuring a Dedicated GTA 6 Channel for Sharing Latest News

Rockstar Games has now surprised its fans who are eagerly waiting for the release of the next GTA 6 game by launching Discord. The brand’s Discord server also dedicates a channel for discussing GTA 6 updates and news as well.

Discord Server Launched by Rockstar Games

The Discord server which has now been launched by Rockstar Games went live just a few hours before and by now the platform has invited the attention of many hardcore gamers. The platform already has over 15,000 members, with many different channels to share updates and conduct discussions. Also, different sectional divisions have also been given, including a ‘Latest and Upcoming’ section. Under this, one will also be able to find the dedicated ‘grand-theft-auto-vi’ channel, with the official description – ‘Discuss the Latest GTA 6 News’.

While nothing official about the upcoming GTA 6 game has been shared yet, and so far only irrelevant memes and other updates concerning the game are only being shared and talked about by the members of the channel/platform, the launch of the Discord server gives a hope that following the first December 2023 trailer (that got 90.6 million views on YouTube in 24 hours), a second trailer could be dropping anytime soon. Possibly, new information regarding the game may also arrive along with it.

About the GTA 6 expected launch, it is likely to take place in the fall of this year, meaning the launch may take place some time in between late August 2025 and December 2025. Probably, more updates may be shared in the coming days or weeks, which could confirm the exact launch date.
