Google’s Nest Wifi series introduced new Wi-Fi 6 to its mesh routers

Google has introduced a new mesh router to its Google Nest Wifi series. The highly discussed Google new mesh router added Wi-Fi 6 and marked its return to the original Google Wifi.

Google Nest Wifi series is a complete home Wi-Fi system that replaces traditional routers and provides reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire home. The Nest Wifi has added a new mesh router to its system in order to eliminate dead zones and provide uninterrupted Wi-Fi services at a faster speed.

In 2016 Google Wifi series introduced a fast and stable internet connection with simple mesh networking for the first time. Later on, Google included the Nest Wifi system in 2019 with a base Nest Wifi router and point. The Nest Wifi system also incorporated Google Assistant Speaker.

According to a source, Google’s next router design is going to return to its original Google Wifi form. Also, the network will soon launch Wi-Fi 6 which is the next generation of Wi-Fi to improve the overall networking experience.

Reportedly Google’s Wi-Fi 6 will be able to provide 9.6 Gbps of data across the connected devices. Wi-Fi 6 is based on MU-MIMO and OFDMA technology. Where the Wi-Fi 6 provides a “multi-user, multiple input, multiple output,” function in an upgraded version. This technology allows the router to connect swiftly with multiple devices at the same time. Wifi’s OFDMA technology refers to “orthogonal frequency division multiple access,” a transmission that delivers data to multiple devices at once. Wi-Fi 6 is also able to induce a healthy battery life for the devices. Since several devices can communicate with the router at a great speed reducing the amount of time for search and transmitting signals.

Google’s Wi-Fi 6 to its mesh router is optimized for smart home technology with multiple devices running in close proximity.
