Realme Will Announce Its 300W Fast Charging Technology On August 14 In China

Realme is all set to set the bar high for the smartphone market and by announcing its new 300W wired charging technology. As per the recent announcement made by the company on Weibo, it will announce the technology on August 14th in China. This would make the company first among all to achieve this target and announce it in the market. Though Redmi also showed similar technology it’s yet to come in the commercial market. It also shared a video that showed the smartphone taking just five minutes to get charged up to 100%. That charger barely managed to touch the 290W though for just three seconds.

Realme still holds the record for fastest charging on a commercially available smartphone with 240W charging support on GT Neo 7 in China and Realme GT 3 in the global market.

Now if we come back to the 300W charging technology, reports say that the smartphone can be charged fully with this charger in approximately five minutes. The company can take some time to make this available commercially for the buyers. There are several smartphones lined up for the launch and Realme can take a few months to launch a phone that supports this.
