Redmi recently launched the Redmi Pad Pro tablet 5G variant in China and before that company launched the WiFi variant in the Chinese market and some global markets. Amid these things, this tablet remained missing from the Indian market. Its appearance on India’s BIS gave some hope that it will soon arrive in India though the launch timeline remained under the wrap. Now the company has officially announced the launch of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G tablet in India. As per the announcement the tablet will be launched in India on 29th July, 2024.

Its microsite is live on Xiaomi India site thus revealing specs of the tablet. As per the site, Redmi Pad Pro 5G tablet comes with a 12.1-inch display with Dolby Vision support and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with Dolby Atmos-tuned quad speakers. The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor. It will be backed by a 10,000mAh massive battery. The tablet is shown with a keyboard and stylus which means it can arrive along with it in India. This tablet is also mentioned to pack features like cross-device notes app, shared clipboard, network sync, and Home screen+.
