Check out this new apple update that will revamp the entire accident protection system

One of the great things about living in 2022 is all the life-saving technology we have on our wrists or in our pockets.

The crash detection feature in the new iPhone 14 and apple watch is calling 911 while talking roller roster rides. The crash detection feature in the new iPhone 14 lineup is designed to alert authorities when users are involved in a car crash. But also it has the side effect of alerting authorities even when the user is taking a roller coaster ride.

When an iPhone 14 series device, an Apple watch series 8, 2nd gen Apple watch SE, or an Apple watch ultra detects a crash based on sensor and location data, the device will initiate emergency Sos mode, and if unaddressed in 10 seconds will make a call to 911.

The car crash detection feature works with all Apple iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models along with the Apple watch series 8, Apple Watch SE 2, and the Apple Watch ultra. This feature uses cellular or wifi connections from these devices to make emergency calls in such scenarios.

How it works:-

Whenever the feature detects a severe car wash, it sounds an alarm and displays an alert on iPhone or Apple Watch that says ” It looks like you have been in a car crash.”

If users can’t see their iPhone screen after the crash, the device will read out the alert and will display an Emergency call slider to call emergency services.

However, it is important to note that if users have access to both their iPhones and Apple Watch during the crash, the Emergency call slider appears only on the smartwatch and the call audio will also play from the wearable.

It comes enabled as a default setting on supported Apple devices.
