Fitness+ and the Fitness app will be fully integrated with iOS 16.1. With iOS 16.1, the trip starts on October 24.
With iOS 16.1, you can sign up for Apple Fitness+ on your iPhone even if you don’t own an Apple Watch. Fitness+ will be completely integrated into the middle tab’s Fitness app, which is available in 21 countries.
