WhatsApp, the popular messaging service is now expanding its Meta AI feature to more than a dozen countries in English. The same was announced yesterday, i.e., 18 April 2024, on WhatsApp’s official X handle.

This is a significant move by Meta and WhatsApp, as it will help a user receive results for various queries regarding anything, in the app itself. A user doesn’t have to switch to another AI app or web browser to get any kind of information.
The post which was shared by WhatsApp on the popular social media platform X, received varied reactions from netizens.
Some netizens were excited to try out the feature and expressed their anticipation for the feature to be available in their country.
Netizens also expressed opinions about other latest features of the messaging app.
WhatsApp’s latest update changed the shade of green colour. Some netizens thought that the new shade of green colour looks horrible. Along with it, an iPhone user commented on the post to change the colour theme on WhatsApp iPhone back to blue as the green looked ‘ewww’ to them.
Currently, this feature is available in the English language in the USA and will soon be available in Australia, Canada, Ghana, Jamaica, Malawi, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Singapore, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. This is just the starting list and more countries will be added soon.
