Google to roll out a new full version of Chrome with Snapdragon X Elite for Arm-based Windows this week
Google is now presenting a new full version of Chrome, which will be rolled out this week for download on Arm-compatible Windows PCs powered by Snapdragon. This latest Chrome will come with full optimization for your PC’s hardware and operating system. This will further enable browsing on the web in a faster and smoother manner.
As the new Chrome is incorporated with Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon X Elite, it can boost Chrome’s performance significantly.
Cristiano Amon, President and CEO of Qualcomm Inc. mentioned,” The new version of Google Chrome will help cement Snapdragon X Elite’s role as the premier platform for Windows computing starting in mid-2024”.

This new version of Chrome with Snapdragon X Elite will now be available for download only on Arm-compatible Windows PCs. You can check in the System Info of your PC if your system has an Arm-compatible Windows or not. If you see your processor name is mentioned as Arm-based, that means your system is running on Windows on Arm.
