Google’s Rebranded Chatbot Gemini Is Accessible To The Users Outside US

Google recently rebranded its chatbot Bard to Gemini and at the same time, the tech giant also launched the Gemini mobile app. The mobile app was initially announced for users in the US region and those who tried to access it elsewhere faced geo block error.

Now it seems that the company has made the app available in other regions also. As per the report by Android Police their editor in Europe on Saturday found out that he can use and activate the Gemini App. One of the users based in Germany said that Gemini was working on the user’s Pixel 7 Pro by side-loading the app. Coming on to the India region report mentions it was tried to sideload and install the Google Gemini though it could not be activated.

Gemini product lead Jack Krawczyk has said that Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America, and Africa would be among the next regions to get the support for Gemini. As far as access to the Gemini is concerned, users can easily access its web version from anywhere without any restriction.

Apart from it Google also announced the advanced version of Google Gemini, that is Gemini Advanced. It is said to be able to perform more complex tasks, understand long prompts, and do more. It is based on Gemini Ultra 1.0 and will be available to users as part of the new Google One AI Premium Plan for $19.99 per month.
