HMD officially announces Fusion Development Toolkit V1.0 at MWC 2024 event
At Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 event held in Barcelona, many companies and brands unveiled their latest devices and also showcased technologies that will be further used by them in their gadgets while the companies also shared their innovative ideas at the event that can be further used by the industry. Just like other companies HMD has also arrived with something innovative and interesting for it’s users.
HMD has announced it’s Fusion Project at MWC 2024 event which is said to be a radically new and innovative approach to smartphones and what they can do.

This is basically a development toolkit that provides key details of the physical design dimensions, hardware interface and software development APIs that are to enable smart outfits for HMD fusion. For instance, if a user connects a specific charger, a wallpaper will be started, or user can plug it into a device that will get 5W of power on battery and up to 15W when fully charged.
It is said that by creating these outfits, users will be able to enable practically endless new applications, extending functionality of the phones. This development toolkit allows to design hardware and software solutions. Also this is the first version of the toolkit and is available to download while the company has promised to release new updates with additional information and details.
