macOS users can now download the WhatsApp native beta
WhatsApp has finally made the WhatsApp Messenger Beta Version available to be downloaded from the official website for the macOS. It is really good news for users who don’t use Apple’s default messaging services for daily work
Primarily, WhatsApp released a very limited early-beta program for macOS users mostly belonging to a small number of people on TestFlight.
As reported by wabetainfo, users can finally get the macOS Catalyst app without using TestFlight, and it’s recommended to share feedback to improve the app.
WhatsApp released this new application for macOS: a native app built with Mac Catalyst which allowed users to take advantage of all features offered by the iOS app on their mac. It was only available on TestFlight, which offered limited spots for beta testing. Now, as it is available to be downloaded from the official website itself, it is big news as a larger audience can exceed it.
Users can install the native app by downloading the dmg file from the official website. After installing the app, link the account on an Android or iOS device to WhatsApp for macOS by scanning the QR code.
The newly updated app has also come with new features that can help the audience a lot more and provide a good experience.
More improvements are yet to be made because the version is still beta nevertheless. WhatsApp is asking for reviews from the users themselves in ways the version can be improved. If you do have some complaints to make, feel free to do so.
