Russia develops it’s own website and it is somewhat similar to Wikipedia
Ever since the Ukraine-Russia crisis began. The amount of damage it has done to both countries in every way is not negotiable. In addition to that Russia has launched a new website whose features and structures look like Wikipedia.

Propaganda is communication that is primarily used to influence or persuade an audience to further an agenda, which may not be objective and may be selectively presenting facts to encourage a particular synthesis or perception, or using loaded language to produce an emotional rather than a rational response to the information that is being presented.
Everything that happens in news, unfortunately, becomes a matter of laughter for some people and how can this be left for Twitter users to not make fun of it.
And the history of Russia in their "patriotic encyclopedia" was written by Putin
